Eco Luxury Hotel Hanoi, Hanoi

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the location is all about convenience, right in the heart of the old quarter, which makes it easy to explore local eateries. On the other hand, the cleanliness and comfort of the room left much to be desired, with dusty sheets and a cramped bathroom. The breakfast didn’t live up to expectations either. Overall, it’s okay if you need a place to crash, but don’t expect a cozy retreat.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The clean and spacious rooms provided a great value for money, especially with such a prime location in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh fruit and delicious pancakes, although I would have liked a few more options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

However, I was disappointed with the initial handling of our arrival and the room I ended up in at Bonne Nuit Hotel wasn't what I expected. While the staff at Bonne Nuit were warm, the overall experience fell short in comparison to what was booked. Still, I did appreciate the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the bathrooms, even if the shower temperature was tricky.

The hotel had a prime location in the Old Quarter, making it easy to find local dining options. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a significant issue, as we encountered dust and hair upon arrival. The staff did try to accommodate us by offering a new room, but it felt like we were just shifting to a different problem. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaner stay.
